To
use the development in Physical Education to support and reinforce high
quality teaching and learning across the whole school curriculum.
|
|
| The success of our Play Leaders at Key Stage 2 and Sports Leaders at Key Stage 3 and 4 and Post-16 Leaders has encouraged us to develop Leadership as a 'Centre for Curriculum Excellence' throughout the school: | |

|
|
Students
achieve these skills to become competent confident performers while
increasing participation in Physical Education. We
can transfer these skills from PE to other subject areas. The
school has recognised that we can use the same high quality leadership
programmes as a tool for engaging young people in their learning and
achieve the same outcomes in other subjects. |
|
|
IMPACT We
now have independent learners who have accepted responsibility for their
own learning in Literacy and Numeracy and act as role models within the
school as a variety of leaders.
